Returns, Refunds & Process

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we've made our return process simple and hassle-free.

How long do I have to return a product?
You may return products within 7 days from the date of shipment.
How do I start my return?
Simply email us at care@ujana.in and send the product back to our warehouse. Upon receiving the returned product, we will issue a refund, credit, or replacement. If you need more help, feel free to call us at +91-93115 75961.
By when will I receive my refund or replacement?
Once the returned item is received at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship a replacement within 7–10 business days.
Is there a return fee?
Generally, no return fee is charged. However, return shipping costs must be borne by you unless the return is due to our error. We may request a photo of the damaged or incorrect item prior to waiving the shipping fee.

Cancellation Policy

  • If the order has already been processed, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Ujana holds sole discretion in accepting or rejecting cancellation requests.
  • By placing an order, the customer agrees not to dispute the cancellation decision made by Ujana.
